Ondřej Hnízda
Choir master – artistic director
(*1998) Ondřej Hnízda is a graduate of Bachelor's degree programme in Choirmaster and Music education of Faculty of Education of Faculty of Ostrava and a graduate of Faculty of Fine Arts and Music (trumpet). Between years 2016-2019 he was a conductor of The Youth Wind Orchestra of the Music school Krnov. Since 2022 he has been a conductor of Wind Orchestra Harmonie 1872 in Kolín and since 2023 a choir master and artistic director of a mixed chamber choir, ROSA.
He is studying conducting under the leadership of Miriam Němcová, J. Zicha and J. Brych at Prague Conservatory.

Tadeáš Tulach
Choir master – artistic director up to 2022
(*2001) At present, Tadeáš Tulach is studying conducting under the leadership of Miriam Němcová, J. Zicha and J. Brych at Prague Conservatory. He is a founder and conductor of a mixed choir and chamber orchestra, MELOS, in Benešov. Between 2019-2020 he also worked as a choir master of a mixed choir, SUDOP, and since 2020 he has been a choir master and artistic director of a mixed chamber choir, ROSA. Since 2021 he has been cooperating with Czech Philarmony on directing digital media, and in January 2022 he became a conductor of Symphony orchestra, ČVUT.

Radek Šalša
Choir master – artistic director up to 2020
(*1985) a graduate of conducting from Brno Music Academy and Jaroslav Ježek Music Academy under the leadership of Hynek Farkač. He worked as an Assistant Conductor in Ars Brunensis Chorus in Brno. He participated in several conducting courses with the City Theatre Orchestra in Brno. Since 2010 he has been studying music production at the Academy of Music in Prague. Recently he became an assisting conductor of Kyjov Chamber Orchestra and he cooperates with Orchestra of ČVUT.
For 7 years this charismatic conductor worked as a successful artistic leader of mixed chamber choir ROSA.In the future, if time allows, he will gladly continue with the choir as one of its members.

Lukáš Kovařík
Choir master - artistic director up to 2013
(*1987), studied conducting at Prague Music Academy under the leadership of Miriam Němcová, M. Košler and H.Farkač and made his debut with the Šarbilach orchestra. In 2008 he became an artistic leader of the mixed choir ROSA, in 2009 a principal conductor of the Symphony Orchestra of the Prague Technical University. He also appeared with the Orquesta Sinfónica Chamartín in Spain, South Bohemian Chamber Philarmonic Orchestra, Chamber Orchestra of Pavel Haas and Prague Music Academy Symphony Orchestra. He graduated from several master classes under Michail Jurowski with the Latvian State Symphony Orchestra. He participated in the production of the Prague Spring opening concert in 2011 (conductor Jiří Bělohlávek) and recorded for the Czech Television and Czech Radio stations.
